Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times We offer the following shipping options within Canada:

• Standard Shipping (5–8 business days) — Calculated at checkout
• Expedited Shipping (2–4 business days) — Calculated at checkout
• Free Standard Shipping on orders over $150 CAD

International Shipping We ship to select international destinations. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, and fees upon arrival, which are the responsibility of the customer.

Order Tracking Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order through our carrier's website.

Delays While we do our best to meet delivery estimates, delays may occur due to high order volumes, weather conditions, or carrier disruptions. We appreciate your patience.

Lost or Damaged Packages If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at our Contact page. We'll work to make it right.
